We’re looking for a passionate and professional Front Office Agent to be the face of our guest experience - delivering seamless bookings, arrivals, genuine warmth, and memorable moments from check-in to farewell. 🌟 Your Role as Front Office Agent: Greets guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. Manages check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision. Coordinates guest requests and concierge services with flair Liaises with housekeeping, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations. Upholds Gilpin’s standards of luxury, discretion, and personalised service. Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care. Promotes the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism. Qualifications 🌿 What You Bring: A confident communicator with a natural sense of hospitality. Impeccable attention to detail and a positive, proactive mindset. Previous front office or guest service experience (luxury preferred). Comfortable with booking systems and multitasking under pressure. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Salary: from £29,952 to £32,292 (pro rated to hours worked) Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £526 per month (again pro rated to hours worked). Hours: 45 hours per week for full time, or part-time available.
