Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience. Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and Accor service standards. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
