Job Description Il Front Office Agent, sotto la supervisione del Front Office Manager, sarà responsabile di garantire un’accoglienza impeccabile e personalizzata agli ospiti, assicurando standard di servizio in linea con l’eccellenza Relais & Châteaux. La figura contribuirà a creare un’esperienza di soggiorno memorabile, collaborando con tutti i reparti dell’hotel per offrire un servizio armonioso e coerente. Mansioni principali Accogliere e assistere gli ospiti al check-in e check-out, gestendo in modo accurato procedure e pagamenti Curare il ricevimento personalizzato e l’accompagnamento in camera Gestire le prenotazioni tramite PMS Protel e sistemi dedicati (incluso Passportscan) Coordinare i servizi di room service, shuttle e guest handling Organizzare e monitorare i pre-arrivals, garantendo una preparazione ottimale al soggiorno Gestire il centralino e le comunicazioni interne/esterne Collaborare attivamente con gli altri reparti per assicurare un servizio fluido e d’eccellenza The Front Office Agent, under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, will be responsible for providing impeccable and personalized guest service, ensuring that all service standards align with the excellence of Relais & Châteaux. This role will contribute to creating a memorable guest experience, working closely with all hotel departments to deliver a seamless and consistent service. Main Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out, accurately handling procedures and payments. Provide personalized reception services and escort guests to their rooms. Manage reservations using the PMS Protel system and dedicated platforms (including Passportscan). Coordinate room service, shuttle, and guest handling services. Organize and monitor pre-arrivals, ensuring an optimal preparation for the guest’s stay. Manage the switchboard and both internal and external communications. Actively collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth, top-tier service experience. Qualifications Diploma o laurea in ambito alberghiero, turistico o linguistico Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi in hotel di lusso o 5 stelle Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese; gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua (francese o spagnolo) Ottime competenze informatiche, conoscenza di PMS Protel e sistemi di gestione documenti (Passportscan) Attitudine al problem solving, eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali Orientamento al cliente, flessibilità, capacità di lavorare in team e attenzione al dettaglio È necessario avere i requisiti legali per poter lavorare in Italia. Diploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, or languages. At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within luxury or 5-star hotels. Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of a third language (French or Spanish) is preferred. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in PMS Protel and document management systems (Passportscan). Problem-solving skills, outstanding communication, and interpersonal abilities. Strong customer orientation, flexibility, team spirit, and attention to detail. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Italy. Additional Information Contratto a partire dalla stagione 2026 Disponibilità full time su turni diurni e notturni, dal lunedì alla domenica È preferibile la selezione di talenti locali; in caso contrario, è previsto alloggio condiviso per i non residenti. Full-time availability required, with both daytime and nighttime shifts, from Monday to Sunday. Local talent is preferred; however, shared accommodation will be provided for non-residents.
