POSITION SUMMARY The resource will be part of the Front Office department and will perform the following tasks: * Welcoming customers * Assigning rooms * Providing information or assistance to customers * Managing reservations * Receiving and handling customer complaints * Analyzing and identifying customer needs * Receiving and sorting phone calls * Filling out forms and documents * Contacting the various departments of the facility to meet customer needs * Managing payments and customer data in line with company policies * Managing guest complaints and needs   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: Related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
