L’hotel BW Tritone, sito di fronte alla stazione di Venezia Mestre e facente parte del gruppo HNH HOSPITALITY, ricerca un/a Front Office Agent Turnante.
Di cosa ti occuperai:
- Check in & Check out,
- Verifica e invio dei dati degli ospiti,
- Gestione del centralino telefonico,
- Controllo e chiusura contabile giornaliera,
- Preparazione della reportistica necessaria ai reparti di Housekeeping ed F&B,
- Monitoraggio della struttura,
- Scarico prenotazioni e procedure di controllo sugli arrivi.
