Job Description You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring a seamless stay. This is a hands‑on, guest‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys variety and a fast‑paced hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests, check‑in and check‑out using Opera PMS Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently Assist with group arrivals and departures Operate phones, process payments and balance transactions Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel services Support luggage handling, wake‑up calls and guest assistance Work collaboratively with hotel and precinct teams Qualifications What we’re looking for Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred Strong knowledge of OPERA is advantageous Strong communication and customer service skills A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and public holidays Have full working rights in Australia Additional Information Why Join Us?
