Job Description Deliver exceptional, personalised, and engaging customer service in line with luxury standards Manage guest check-in and check-out processes using Opera PMS. Handle all incoming calls professionally and efficiently Respond to guest queries in a positive and timely manner Liaise daily with departments such as Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth guest experiences Qualifications Passion for hospitality with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience with Opera (preferred) Full working rights in Australia Immaculate grooming and presentation Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why Join Accor?
