With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City. We are bright, colourful, stylish and we are looking for our next Part-Time Front Office All Rounder to join our hardworking and dedicated crew.
Job Description
This role requires a super fun and friendly personality to welcome our guests to our hotel, and to look after them whilst they stay with us.
You’ll work closely with the reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B teams to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

Duties include:

  • Check in and out of guests
  • Handling all guest enquiries at the desk
  • Attending to incoming calls
  • Storage and luggage handling

Qualifications

Personality and commitment to the team and guest service are key traits we are looking for mostly, however the following experience will highlight your application!

  • Opera Cloud Experience
  • HubOS Experience
  • Previous Front Office experience

Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster is non-negotiable, with reception shifts required from either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.
