Job Description We are looking for a friendly and versatile Front Office All-Rounder to join our team. In this role, you will support multiple areas of the front office including Guest Service, Concierge and Porter services, ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-ins and departures Handle guest enquiries, phone calls and service requests professionally Provide porter services, including assisting with luggage and guest arrival needs Provide concierge support including local recommendations, bookings and guest assistance Promote Accor loyalty programs and support upselling opportunities Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative tasks Qualifications Experience in hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role Comfortable using Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded Strong guest-focused mindset with attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
