Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a capable, guest-focused Front Office and Guest Relation Agent to create unforgettable experiences. Reporting directly to our Hotel Duty Manager and working closely with our team, you’ll be part of a small but passionate team that values attention to detail, initiative, and authentic hospitality.
You’ll be trusted to run shifts with autonomy, solve problems with care, and support the team in delivering a seamless service that leaves a lasting impression.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day operations during your shifts
  • Support team members across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B)
  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed, recognised and well looked after
  • Respond to any guest needs and feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Uphold operational excellence, presentation standards and brand values
