Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Support internal teams by providing clerical assistance as needed. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
