As the first point of contact, our Front Office Assistant plays a key role in representing the Boden brand and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will be the first to greet customers in person and on the phone, setting the tone for a professional, welcoming, and detail-oriented experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and customer-service focused, with the ability to handle administrative tasks while engaging with clients at the highest level.

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS):

  • Experience operating high-value vehicles and/or driving manual transmission.
  • Photography and media skills for capturing and organizing content.
  • Automotive industry knowledge or passion for performance/luxury vehicles.
  • Website operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous front office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and general computer skills.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
  • Greet clients, vendors, and guests both in person and over the phone in a professional, well-spoken manner.
  • Manage customer vehicle check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and care.
  • Provide guests with tours of our facility as needed.
  • Manage merchandise fulfillment, order processing, and inventory-related tasks.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in company databases.
  • Collaborate with other office managers across multiple locations to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Work closely with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and guiding them toward the right direction.
  • Support the team with additional administrative and operational needs.
