KC Rehab is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our clinic team. This role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in delivering an excellent patient experience while supporting daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones and manage incoming communications Schedule patient appointments and support clinic flow Assemble and maintain accurate patient records and documentation Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing-related documentation Ensure all required patient information is complete in the EMR system Process and send Plan of Care, progress notes, and other communications to physicians and referral sources Collect insurance co-pays Support general office duties such as faxing, filing, and mail distribution Perform other duties as assigned Compensation and Benefits KC Rehab offers a competitive compensation package. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required One or more years of medical office, records, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and EMR systems preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
