KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed vocational training in a service-oriented commercial field or in the hospitality industry
  • First relevant professional experience at a reception or front desk
  • Ideally, general university entrance qualification (Abitur) or advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Well-groomed appearance and a customer-focused, proactive demeanor
  • Resilient, team-oriented, and communicative personality
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming and attending to guests; serving as the main point of contact at the front desk
  • Organizing and preparing meeting rooms, including catering
  • Managing office supplies and ordering consumables
  • Supporting travel management (e.g. booking travel, hotels, and transportation)
  • Digitally processing and forwarding invoices
  • Coordinating employee goodies (e.g. birthday gifts, restaurant vouchers)
  • Liaising with external service providers (e.g. cleaning staff, maintenance workers)
  • Assisting with internal events and company gatherings
  • Performing general administrative tasks and supporting the office team
