Responsibilities
  • Energize, motivate, train, develop, lead your Team in all things Front Office
  • Supervise operations and assist with duties as required, ensuring the smooth running of Front Office according to Ovolo standards and procedures.
  • Conduct show rounds around the hotel for hotel guests, clients and anyone who is making enquiries
  • Oversee all requests from guests, including airline reservations, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, restaurant bookings and entertainment plans
  • Manage Rostering of Front Office department to ensure it meets business demand
  • Managing and ordering of all Front Office stock
  • You love leading from the front & being guest facing
  • Coach, develop and empower teams
