Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.   About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Front Office Enclave to join the resort’s Front Office – Enclave Operations team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:.  * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enclave front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest interactions.  * Supervise and support front office associates assigned to the Enclave area, ensuring adherence to service standards.  * Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests with discretion and professionalism.  * Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest preferences and expectations are met.  * Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction.  * Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.  * Ensure accurate billing, reservation handling, and guest profile management.  * Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and Enclave area to engage with guests and resolve issues proactively.  * Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  * Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:   * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. * Experience in luxury hospitality or VIP guest handling preferred. * Five-star experience required; ultra-luxury (ultra five-star) experience preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office. * Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. * Professional appearance and a guest-centric attitude. * Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. * May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of guest luggage or amenities.     About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
