Compensation $18-19 per hour, based on experience Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday Two Saturdays a month Benefits & Perks Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Responsibilities & Duties Assisting with patient check-in and check-out Scheduling patients for recare appointments Confirming reserved appointments and reviewing appointment needs Ensuring the schedule is productively and efficiently filled Reviewing and contacting patients regarding unscheduled appointments Completing specific patient care needs such as coordinating prescription needs, follow-up with specialists, and post-treatment questions We are a fast-paced office with great attention to detail. This position is very busy and is best fulfilled by an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and wonderful with people Qualifications Prior front office experience in a dental setting is preferred Knowledge and experience in scheduling is ideal Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and collecting payments Experience with Dentrix software (at least 1 year) Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Leadership qualities, such as positive and encouraging interactions with the doctor, team members, and patients Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills INDHRFO03
