The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office, supporting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth flow of day-to-day office operations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently with presentable personality at front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including workstations,
meeting rooms, pantry.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Assist in preparing meeting rooms before and after use.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and other basic clerical tasks.
Support in arranging office supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
Assist with basic errands and deliveries when needed.
Follow company hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Greeting the guests and executives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience as an office assistant, cleaner, or similar role is an advantage.
Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Physically fit to handle light lifting and movement of office items.
Prefered only with own visa.
