The Front Office Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of patient care within Outpatient Rehab. Performs administrative duties with direct patient interaction, focusing on enhancing the patient experience and supporting the clinical team. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health. Competencies: Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments according to provider availability. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation prior to visits. Collect co-pays, payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Ensure timely check-in and check-out processes for patients. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Manage medical records, forms, and correspondence. Perform other administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations. Performs other related duties as required. Schedule: Full time, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
