Overview of the Role The Front Office Associate (FOA) is the first person that new team members, visitors or clients meet when they come to the JEG, Mango and CDO offices of VBP. Their primary responsibility is to welcome New Team members, visitors, suppliers or clients, as the first face they meet in VBP. The FOA would also need to complete various administrative tasks to ensure compliance with workplace security. The FOA would also need to coordinate with Team Members for deliveries and the Facilities and Office of the Executive team for various office activities. Additionally, the Front Office Associate is to work alongside the Travel Manager with Domestic and International Travel. With assistance, the FOA will assist in processing travel, accommodations and transfers. Major Responsibilities: Welcome Guests and New Team Members pleasantly into the office Manage door access for both visitors and Team members Ensure completion and submission of the NDA of guests to the Compliance Team Receive documents from various suppliers and government agencies Manage and distribute Team Member Identification Cards Provide biometrics access to Team Members Correspond with Team Members regarding deliveries Assist guests with connecting to visitor Wi-Fi (Basic Troubleshooting) Maintain lobby upkeep Work directly with the Travel Manager in processing flights, accommodations, transfers and visas A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or Tourism. Preferably, a team member who’s currently with no client. Amenable working onsite Has customer service background Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Front Office Desk experience preferred Is computer savvy Great interpersonal skills Is Organized Has grace under pressure Events Management experience good to have 500K per incident HMO coverage + Dental & Optical benefits ​ 2-week paid Christmas vacation​ Electricity & Data subsidies​ 25K Educational Assistance ​ Training and equipment will be provided​ Fixed Schedule of Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 4 PM​
