A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant: Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required Qualifications About you: You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You are highly organised and have great computer skills You hold a current RSA certificate Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. The benefits are good too!
