Why Join Our Team Complimentary meals every shift, including hot meals and fresh options overnight Tailored uniform provided and laundered, so you’re always presentation‑ready Permanent, full‑time opportunity with access to internal progression and career development Key Responsibilities Checking guests in and out while ensuring smooth front‑desk operations Allocating rooms and escorting guests to their destination as required Confirming and processing payments accurately Using the Opera Property Management System to enter guest information and maintain up‑to‑date visit history Delivering tailored, elevated guest experiences, including organising taxi and limousine services Building quick, genuine rapport with guests and visitors You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience in a front office, reception, or guest relations role Unrestricted Australian working rights or a valid visa allowing full‑time employment Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, overnights and public holidays Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (highly regarded) Experience working in a fast‑paced, premium, and customer‑first environment A guest‑focused mindset with a passion for going above and beyond Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Immaculate presentation and grooming standards On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
