Key Responsibilities Strategically manage incoming communications, utilizing cutting-edge routing technology to ensure seamless connectivity. Innovate the client intake process through tech-driven solutions, enhancing the start of their healthcare journey. Excel in data management by ensuring precise and efficient digital entry of patient information. Integrate with the volunteer management platform, optimizing the volunteer experience and coordination. Execute appointment management with advanced scheduling systems to maximize efficiency and satisfaction. Ensure accurate financial transactions with state-of-the-art cash handling technology. Maintain a pristine, tech-enhanced clinic lobby to optimize patient and staff experiences. Assist in digital processing of lab results, streamlining communications as part of the Practice Manager’s team. Drive change through participation in our continuous Performance Improvement Program. Foster a culture of respect and digital inclusivity for patients, families, and staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve department objectives and strengthen operational workflows.
