Responsibilities
  • You greet and say goodbye to our guests, check them in and out and have an open ear for all guest concerns
  • You do your daily accounting conscientiously and always adhere to the specified processes
  • You answer phone calls and communicate digitally on many channels - and of course in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You train our trainees and are happy to pass on your knowledge
  • You are always thinking of new ways to inspire our guests - always keeping an eye on the overall hotel goals and brand standards.
