We’re looking for someone who will be the face of the company, greeting clients, answering phones, and helping us showcase our work online.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role blends client service, light sales, and creative content. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone, and you’ll also help tell our story through Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a more sales-focused position.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage clients at drop-off and pickup, making visits memorable.
  • Manage inbound leads, calls, and messages in HighLevel CRM.
  • Track quotes and keep client pipeline organized.
  • Capture and share content (stories, reels, TikToks) from daily shop activity.
  • Be comfortable appearing in short videos and stories as part of our brand.
  • Assist with copywriting for texts/emails and seasonal promotions.
  • Handle post-service follow-ups (satisfaction check, review requests, complimentary wash scheduling).
  • Maintain a content calendar and track engagement.
