Description
The Front Office Coordinator coordinates the workflow of administrative and/or clerical employees and provides varied administrative support of a complex and technical nature to single or multiple department(s) or a division. Responsibilities: Coordinates employee workflow and provides advanced administrative support across departments. Assists with hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Performs duties of a Senior Administrative Assistant, including planning conferences and managing departmental correspondence. Prepares executive reports, analyzes complex data trends, and contributes to presentations. Reviews and improves administrative procedures to enhance efficiency High school diploma or equivalent 5 years experience in an increasingly responsible administrative support role. Previous Registration experience preferred Previous EPIC experience preferred Ability to perform advanced functions in word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation and database software. Ability to use applicable MS Suite products. Advanced knowledge of business processes and procedures. Working knowledge of accounting and financial principles and functions. Ability to analyze data. Ability to use discretion and independent judgment Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
