Description Georgia Banking Company is seeking a Front Office Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Buckhead, GA located at 1776 Peachtree Street NW Atlanta, GA 30309. This is a high visibility position to support the CEO with meeting preparation and ensure our guests, clients, and partners are warmly welcomed. Responsibilities include: • Warmly greet and direct guests including issuing parking validation tickets• Supporting the CEO with meeting logistics and presentation preparation such as starting video meetings• Procurement including issuing payments, ordering supplies, submitting reimbursements • Event and catering set-up and clean-up• Mail organization and distribution • Maintain the cleanliness and stock of common areas including the kitchen, vending machines, and the boardroom • Providing additional administrative support as needed for Executive Leadership and the Corporate HR team Requirements At least 2-5 years in a front-office or administrative support role in a professional environment, ideally within financials services Experience with meeting logistics and/or presentation preparation for a high-level executive Microsoft Teams Office suite skills including Teams Excellent written and verbal communications skills Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with ease Must maintain a professional presence and friendly demeanor with the ability to engage with employees at all levels Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt as needs change A college degree is preferred
