You create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment from the moment a patient walks in… to the moment they leave feeling cared for and confident in their next steps. A lot. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO PATIENT-FACING RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment * Verify patient identity, collect and scan IDs, insurance cards, and paperwork * Confirm and update demographics in the EMR * Collect co-pays and provide receipts * Schedule follow-up appointments with accuracy, warmth, and clarity * Answer patient questions and ensure they leave confident about next steps * Make appointment confirmation calls and send texts * Assist with patient flow and communicate when patients are ready for clinical staff ---------------------------------------- ADMINISTRATIVE & CLINIC OPERATIONS * Process and track VOBs (Verifications of Benefits) * Enter and update insurance information in the EMR * Monitor and respond to HighLevel texts promptly * Manage appointment statuses and ensure accuracy in the system * Perform end-of-day balancing and front office closing tasks * Support both check-in and check-out workflows as needed * Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards * Communicate clearly with front office, clinical, and billing teams ---------------------------------------- WHO YOU ARE * Warm, welcoming, and calm—even when things get busy * A details matter person who doesn’t let things slip * A strong communicator with both patients and teammates * Someone who takes ownership and follows through * Organized, efficient, and able to multitask * Comfortable with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks a plus) * Adaptable and willing to jump in wherever needed * A team player who values honesty, accountability, empathy, and growth * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred ---------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS * High School Diploma or GED * Previous experience in a medical office * Strong customer service skills * Reliable, professional, and dependable * Familiarity with scheduling, insurance benefits, and EMR systems ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive pay * Full benefits package: * 401(k) + match * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * PTO + paid holidays * Disability insurance * Employee discounts ---------------------------------------- OUR CULTURE We don’t just fill roles—we build a team.
