Description Georgia Banking Company is seeking a part-time Front Office Coordinator at our Garden Hills location at 2827 Peachtree Road, NE Suite 400 Atlanta, GA 30305. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8a-2p (30 hours per week + full benefits). We are a locally based community bank on an expansion journey and striving to be "Bank of Choice" through our values of relationships, service, and expertise. This is a high-visibility position to provide administrative support to key business leaders and ensure our guests, clients, and partners are warmly welcomed. There are also a few sub-tenant and event space coordination responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: Warmly greet and direct guests including issuing parking validation tickets Event coordination including booking rooms and catering set-up/clean-up Maintain cleanliness and stock of common areas including the Executive Boardroom, conference rooms, and eat-in areas Daily monitoring and rotating of food/beverages based on expiration dates Procurement including issuing payments, ordering supplies, submitting expense reimbursements, and helpdesk requests Mail organization and distribution Manage sub-tenant email distribution lists and building/parking access Support Business Division Heads with additional administrative tasks as needed Requirements At least 1 year of front-office or administrative support role in a professional environment, ideally within financials services, hospitality, or property management. Experience with meeting logistics and/or presentation preparation for senior executive Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with ease Must maintain a professional presence and friendly demeanor with the ability to engage with employees, clients, and candidates at all levels Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt as needs change Microsoft Teams Office suite skills including Teams Excellent written and verbal communications skills A college degree is preferred A notary public is a plus AAP/EEO Statement: Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Veterans/Disabled.
