As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Administrative Support: Answer multi-line phones, manage emails, and schedule estimate appointments. Clerical Tasks: Process paperwork, handle basic invoicing, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Office Upkeep: Perform light housekeeping to ensure the lobby, coffee station, and front office areas remain clean and inviting for guests. Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and our estimators or technicians to ensure clear service delivery. ### Why Join St. Cloud Collision? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $16-18/hour based on experience Requirements ### Qualifications & Skills Valid driver's license required. Previous experience in a receptionist, clerical, or customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, word processing, and data entry). A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask. Reliability and a professional appearance. Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus, but not required!
