We are currently looking for a dynamic, dependable, and enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator who is dedicated to helping create beautiful smiles.
Permanent Part Time role.

Job Description

  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the dental practice calendar, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal information and treatment details.
  • Handle patient inquiries, in person, online, and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with financial processes, such as processing payments, managing insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs with patients.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the front office and clinical areas.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and front office.
  • Assist with Social media marketing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous front office coordinator experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations, to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, as you’ll be working closely with both clinical and administrative staff.
