EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist is highly preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficeny in Google Word/Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing appointments, scheduling, and coordinating patient flow
  • Greet and check-in patients
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upkeep of patient charts and incoming information
  • Provide excellent customer support, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Utilize computerized systems for appointment scheduling, billing, and record keeping
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient care takes place
    -Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet for an efficient amount of time during the work day
    -Work with provider on patient plan of care and assist in back office as needed by the team
    -Monitor and assist with patient activity in the gym
