ABOUT YOU

To be successful you will have the ability to coordinate and manage tasks effectively whilst being able to prioritise and organise substantial workloads. The ability to work under pressure, problem solve and maintain good working relations with others is vital.

You will also demonstrate;

  • Previous experience in a hospital administration position
  • Leadership experience, managing a small team of people
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail & accuracy
  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office and Patient Management Systems (PMS)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role and rostering staff (desirable)
  • Previous experience with PMS such as Meditech (desirable)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
Responsibilities

We are seeking a flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic individual with leadership skills to assist in the day-to-day coordination and supervision of our front office. This is a permanent part-time role 64 hours per fortnight, covering a 7-day rotating roster. We are encouraging applicants with significant clerical experience to apply for this position.
In this role you will be an essential leader within the team ensuring departmental tasks are achieved in an effective and efficient manner. You will be responsible for maintaining relations with all internal and external customers and continually provide service enhancements to meet customer expectations.
