We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our expanding A-team. This is more than a front desk role—it’s a leadership opportunity to help drive the next phase of our growth.

• Lead front office operations and coordinate daily clinic flow with precision
• Manage provider schedules, patient communication, and front-desk efficiency
• Coordinate, organize and respond daily to multiple streams of communication with phones, emails, text and team messaging.
• Educate patients on our services and wellness products, and confidently recommend add-ons or follow-up treatments to support their care plan at checkout
• Work closely with aesthetics providers to generate bookings, schedule consults, and increase revenue from cash-based services
• Ensure flawless patient experiences from check-in to follow-up
• Support practice management functions including inventory, forms processing, and inter-provider coordination
• Collaborate closely with our psychiatry, aesthetics, and TMS teams
• Take charge of patient records, billing coordination, and administrative compliance
• Maintain a clean, professional, and high-functioning clinic environment
• Represent the brand with excellence and professionalism in every interaction
