JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Front Office cum Office Manager to manage the reception area while overseeing the overall office administration. This hybrid role requires someone who can deliver a professional first impression to visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, from handling front desk activities to supervising administrative processes and supporting management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a Front Office, Office Manager, or Administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
