Job Summary: As Duty Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the Front Office while championing our “One Team” voco spirit. You will set the tone on shift, guiding guest experiences, inspiring team performance, and keeping hotel operations running smoothly. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different at voco Gold Coast, but your key responsibilities include: Leading the way – managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations Liaise with all hotel departments to solve challenges and strive for guest satisfaction. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve team member performance Being first point of contact for any emergency situations Skills & Experience: A collaborative, can-do mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
