REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years clerical experience, professional office environment, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details and deadlines.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong ability with MS Office suite programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity working with databases, data entry.
  • Typing speed of 40wpm.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in customer service

Responsibilities

Washington REALTORS® is seeking a Front Office & Education Coordinator to provide the highest level of professional customer service to members, visitors, and association staff.
The Front Office & Education Coordinator is serves as initial contact for members, guests, and staff on the phone and in person from our front desk. This role is responsible for staffing the office, including opening and closing the office each day; ensuring supply inventory and equipment maintenance are kept up; scheduling use of conference rooms, and supporting meetings. They are responsible for the mail, including picking up and delivering mail and packages daily at the Olympia Post Office by car. This position handles the cash receipts for bill pay and invoicing, and performs other duties as assigned.
This role supports and coordinates educational program activities for the association, working with the Member Services Manager to plan and host events. They assist or resolve issues for members, local associations, and instructors; maintain class files, attendance records and evaluations; input learning data and contracts in our database; monitor webinars; and manage registration and cancellations.
This person will be able to answer telephone and email inquiries with energy and positivity, directing callers to other employees as needed; promptly and professionally greet guests to the office as the first member of the team they meet on arrival; and handle occasional unhappy customers with sensitivity and calmness.
This is a nonsupervisory position and reports to the Chief Operations Officer with input from the Member Services Manager.
