As our Front Office receptionist, you will be the first and final contact point for our guests. You ensure that their check-in or check-out runs smoothly and you assist them with all their questions or requests! Besides this you have; Preferably, previous experience in Front Office; Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language; Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems.
