Job Description We're looking for a professional and organized Front Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for managing front office operations and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor Manage reception desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation using office management systems Provide administrative support to various departments and senior management Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail Perform data entry tasks and maintain office databases with attention to detail Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Assist with special events, meetings, and presentations as required Ensure the front office area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times Support onboarding processes for new employees and visitors Qualifications Proven experience of 1-3 years in a front office, reception, or customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Preferred: Experience with office management software or CRM systems Preferred: Multilingual capabilities Preferred: Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
