As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining smooth front desk operations. Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests. Create a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Oversee room assignments, reservations, and billing processes. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues. Implement and maintain guest loyalty programs. Monitor and maintain front office equipment and systems. Prepare and analyze daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback. Promote upselling opportunities to maximize revenue. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language. Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
