Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining smooth operations at our front desk. Greet and assist guests, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently Manage daily administrative tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and room bookings Maintain high standards of customer service, consistently exceeding guest expectations Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints professionally and seek timely resolutions Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and financial transactions Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure up-to-date room status information Assist in training and motivating the reception team to promote teamwork and efficiency Identify and implement cost-effective resource management strategies Prepare and maintain front office logs, shift reports, and other relevant documentation Support the management team in organizing and executing special events or functions Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with accurate information Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualifications Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in customer service software and property management systems Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of local attractions and services in Mumbai Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
