We are looking for Front Office Executive who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
Due to the nature of the role, this is full time in the office, with working hours of 08:00 – 17:00.
As the Front Office Executive your key responsibilities are
- Undertake receptionist duties, greeting and welcoming all visitors and ensuring an excellent first impression
- Set up and create ID access badges for both visitors and new employees
- Coordinate the company’s post activities, including both incoming and outgoing post
- Process purchase orders sent by our Support Services team, ensuring prompt payment to our suppliers
- Book and arrange hotel accommodation through our company accounts, sourcing other appropriate locations when needed
