Kreston Menon is looking for a Front Office Executive for our Dubai office in Business Bay. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, guest relations, handling calls and emails, providing administrative support to senior leaders, organizing meetings, maintaining files and coordinating with the support staff.
Qualification:
* Experience: 3 years proven administrative experience in a large organization.
* Educational Requirement: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
* Language Requirement: Proficient in English
* Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Candidates with UAE experience will be preferred
