Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Coordinate appointments, patient registrations, billing support and medical records.
• Handle inquiries from parents and caregivers with empathy and professionalism
• Manage calls and maintain proper telephone etiquette
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks as per organizational requirements
• Maintain organized documentation and daily reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in front office, customer service, and sales within a hospital or healthcare setting.

Previous experience in a clinical or multidisciplinary healthcare environment is highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable (English is mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, or other languages are an added advantage).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/clinic management software is preferred.

A professional appearance, positive attitude, and patient-centric approach.
