QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Patient / Client focused
· Excellent communication skills
· Pleasant demeanor, friendly & approachable
· Experience within a clinical environment preferable
· Proficient in using office applications / software (Excel, power point, word)
· Ability to coordinate various tasks that need completion by more than one member of the team.
· Ability to multi-task & adhere to deadlines
· Good interpersonal skills
· Managing patient journey, paying close attention to detail
· Team player
· Good administrative skills
· Good diary management
· Preferably worked at least 1-2 years in an admin or office assistant role or has done some similar work experience
· UK drivers’ license preferable

· Greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner
· Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
· Ability to liaise with dental phobic patients well & plan ahead for them accordingly
· First point of contact & efficient message handling
· Tracking patient journey on SOE system
· Solid understanding of treatment options & ability to upsell
· Confident in upselling membership plans & communicating value to patients.
· Support other team members in diary keeping
· Administrative support to OTD team.
· Coordinating & communicating clearly between both operational team & clinical team.
· Ordering various administrative stock – maintain stock levels
· Seeking new business development opportunities where relevant / possible
· Ensuring any complaints from patients are passed on to practice manager or assistant practice manager so that they are dealt with efficiently and quickly.
· Ensuring online enquiries are responded to within 24 hours
· Rescheduling and rebooking patients where necessary
· Ensuring patients are reminded for follow up appointments in their preferred method of contact and both patient journey & recalls are tracked daily.
