YOUR DAY TO DAY

voco® Orchard Singapore is seeking a dynamic and passionate Front Office Executive to be part of our team. As Front Office Executive, you provide warm hospitality by delivering consistent quality service to all guests at all times and ensure that our Guests enjoy an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. On top of that, you will be required to support the Club Lounge, and this include serving the guests and clearing of all soiled cutleries, setting up of the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail periods and topping up of food items when food items running low.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • May routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel; process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel operations.
  • Fresh graduates with a hospitality qualification are welcome to apply!
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System will be an added advantage
  • Must speak fluent English. Proficiency in another language will be advantageous.
