Hire Resolve is currently seeking a sophisticated and professional Front Office Specialist to join an elite team at a premier 5-star luxury hotel in Andorra, Southwest Europe. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and world-class welcome to international guests. You will manage the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the gold standard of 5-star hospitality. Key Responsibilities Manage guest check-in/check-out and concierge services with precision. Provide expert recommendations on local attractions and high-end services. Coordinate with all hotel departments to fulfill VIP guest requests. Maintain an impeccable front-of-house presence and professional demeanor. Handle administrative tasks and reservations using premium property management systems. Language: Native or professional Spanish (Mandatory) and Advanced English. Experience: 2 to 6+ years in the luxury hotel industry (5-star experience highly preferred). Logistics: Valid passport and a clear criminal record. Standards: Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Compliance: Must meet all legal hiring requirements for Andorra. Contract: 6 months (Start: 18–20 May) with potential for extension. Salary: €1,500 Gross per month. Tax: Low employee tax (approximately 6%). Housing: Individual room provided for only €100/month. Perks: 1 meal per day included
