Front Office – Guest Service Agent Are you passionate about welcoming guests and creating unforgettable first impressions? We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You’ll be the friendly face that ensures every guest enjoys a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering IHG’s True Hospitality at every touchpoint. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Managing guest accounts, payments, and billing processes accurately. Handling guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary. Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, Engineering) to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all guest information is updated in the system. Assisting with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests in line with brand standards. Promoting hotel services, upselling rooms and packages to maximize revenue. Upholding grooming standards and representing the hotel with a polished, professional image at all times. Following safety, security, and operational policies as per hotel procedures. What we need from you: Previous experience in a similar Front Office or customer service role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Strong computer skills and familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage. Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
