In our expanding organization, we are seeking a Front Office & Hospitality Manager. This role will provide support to all employees and partners of Marktlink Capital. Do you have the ability to empower both employees and the organization? If so, we’re looking for you!

Responsibilities

In this role, you will report to the Chief of Staff and take on the following tasks:

  • Managing front office activities, ensuring a warm welcome for guests and efficient handling of office communications.
  • Overseeing scheduling of appointments, ordering of lunch and office supplies, and maintenance of office environments.
  • Organizing in-office events and managing emergency preparedness (BHV), maintaining safety and compliance.
  • Ensuring seamless operation of the office’s daily needs, fostering a productive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Acting as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders such as our clients and suppliers, reflecting the company’s professionalism and values.
  • Handle confidential client information and documents with discretion and professionalism.
  • Partner support, travel coordination, and calendar management.
