Job Description Assist in welcoming and checking in/out guests with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options. Support the reservations process and assist with room assignments and guest preferences. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating matters to supervisors as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area. Answer incoming calls and handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Uphold the hotel’s service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience. Qualifications Customer-focused professional to join our team immediately. Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn through hands-on experience.
